We always ship to your Zibbet shipping address NOT to your PayPal address, so please check if it is correct.
During the Holiday Season, our ship times may increase due to higher sales volume. We ask that if you need your item(s) by a specific date and there is no 'Rush' option to choose from, to please contact us. A small fee is applied to All 'Rush' orders.
Most orders take 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before shipping. Once your order is shipped, your delivery date will depend on the shipping method, which is unrelated to the processing time. For the best chance of shipping out the next day, purchase the "Rush Processing" listing in our Zibbet Shop.
For orders that need to be completed and/or shipped next day, we offer our priority service. Your order will move from the back of the line to the front in one quick swoop. Rush Processing gives your order a better chance of shipping out the next day. Your order must be placed before 8pm Central Time. If you place your order after 8pm Central Time, we will do our best to ship it within 24-48 hours. If we fail to ship your order by the above timeframes, the rush fee will be refunded. Rush Processing can be purchased in our Zibbet Shop (as a listing).
RUSH PROCESSING - RESTRICTIONS:
"Rush Processing" is not available on 'personalized' items (longer processing times) requiring a customer's image or adding a name to an item.
* Multiple items in the same order must ship at the same time and cannot be split into separate shipments. If you purchase an item with a 'stock' image as well as a 'personalized' item and you need the item with the stock image delivered quicker, then it is best to place separate orders.
We use USPS First-Class to save you money. If more than one (1) item is purchased, we may upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority, due to weight constraints at no additional cost. Tracking is included with ALL applicable items shipped. This is for both you and our protection. We update Tracking Numbers daily so you can track your item(s) through its process.
NO International shipping at this time. Exceptions may be made depending on location.
Although we include tracking on applicable packages, it does not protect against lost packages. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail, therefore we recommend that our buyers purchase insurance, especially for large or expensive orders. Please contact us prior to purchase, if you would like insurance added to your order. Individual transactions that total over $100, automatically include insurance at no charge.
As of current, we ship USPS First-Class, 2-3Day Priority and 2-Day Guaranteed Priority. Once your order is shipped, your delivery date will depend on the shipping method, which in our experience takes up to 3 days, depending on your location. Shipping times may take longer during the Holidays.
Orders over $100 automatically include insurance for lost/damaged items.
Orders under $100: Breakable items, such as, ceramic and glass, may automatically come with insurance that would cover lost or damaged items.
If your item(s) is under $100 and is non-breakable and you still want insurance to protect against Loss, contact us prior to purchasing an item.
Contact us for insurance claims, where applicable.
If you receive your package and it is badly damaged on the outside, take pictures. If you notice that the item is damaged/broken, upon opening the package, take "at least" two (2) pictures from different angles and send them to us. We need this to submit a claim. We will start a claim form for you then send you an affidavit to your email registered with Zibbet that you MUST fill out and submit.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
Tracking MUST be purchased when doing any kind of item return. If no tracking is purchased and the item(s) end up lost in the mail, we have no way of knowing that you sent a return.
RETURNS (Pre-made items):
We have a 14-day return policy on pre-made (non-personalized) items (Day 1 starts on ship date). Please do not return an item without contacting us first. You MUST obtain an RMA number from us. That RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the package or we will reject the package and have the carrier, Return To Sender.
RETURNS (Made-to-order/Personalized items):
Made-to-order/Personalized items are sold as-is and do not have a return policy. The only exception to this is an error made on our end on the product itself. An RMA is still required.
The RMA system is to track records and help with the organization of returned items to our shop as well as preventing us from opening a package that is not acceptable for return. This is to prevent buyers from sending items back because of personal preferences and similar reasons. We have experienced opening those type of packages (with no RMA and no communication) and then having to send an invoice to the buyer for return shipping costs because the item was not an acceptable return. Going back and forth and asking repeatedly for return shipment payment can easily be avoided through the RMA and communication process. Your item may be returned after the 14-day period, as long as you contact us for an RMA number within the 14-day return period. Though, keep in mind, you have thirty (30) days after an RMA number is given to you, to return the item(s).
We refund non-damaged and non-personalized items. If for any reason you are unhappy, just send your RMA-approved item back and we'll refund the entire purchase price, less shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee is taken to help eliviate Paypal and other fees that were charged to us initially for the transaction as well as our helper's time in accepting, opening, verifying, quality checking and restocking the item(s) back on the shelves. We exchange non-damaged and non-personalized items. If for any reason you want an exchange, just send your RMA'd item back and we'll exchange it for an item of equal price. Please read RETURNS above.
We exchange damaged items. If for any reason an item arrives damaged, just send your RMA'd item back and we'll exchange it for an identical item only. Please read RETURNS above.

We also make it possible for independent designers without access to expensive sublimation equipment to use us as a fabrication service. For some items, if you can use CorelDraw and Photoshop, we can help you achieve your goals, with wholesale discounting. There is a simple form that must first be filled out in order to be considered for wholesale discounting, so we ask that you contact us prior to ordering in bulk numbers. Listings that offer 'bulk' discouting are not the same as 'wholesale'. There is a significant quantity and price difference.
We are always open to custom orders. We love creating special, one-of-a-kind item for weddings, parites and other special events. If you see something on our site and would like to explore other options (i.e. if you see a style you want on one item but would like that style on another instead) feel free to convo us or request a custom order. If there is something you'd like but don't see it on our site, let us know and we'll see if we can create something that meets your specifications.
If you would like a custom order for a special event or occassion, we will work with you on all aspects of your order. We understand how important things can be for a special event and we will work with you to establish a timeline which will include time needed to approve proofs. We can also discuss options for materials and shipping methods as well as pricing and payment.
